What did you learn from those experiences that prepared you for the capstone?Answer: The way that I applied the knowledge, skills, and attitudes from previous courses to the application of my capstone project was to basically face it head on. As I stated in the beginning the reasoning as to why I chose to go with advanced directives because it was something that was being talked about frequently within my family at this current time. I wanted to know more and educate others as well, while educating myself, so naturally I took on the leadership role due to working in the medical field and being more open-minded about the situation. There is no doubt and a few can argue that the world of the leader is one that is both challenging and rewarding. One need not look any further than the current issues faced by the various other issues in the world, as a leader we are faced with navigating through the current issues surrounding the lack of knowledge with advanced directives. The reality is that almost anyone can assume a leadership position when things are running smooth and all is in order however, the leader is one that looks into the eyes of adversity, deep into its soul and formulates the plans and solutions needed to preserve it. I started to reach out to some of my resources in my organization and they thought it was a great idea for the patients to have this knowledge but the employees as well. To these ends, various leadership models play a critical role in affirming whether or not a leader guided his or her system to victory or yielded to the pressures and stressors of the opportunity. All leaders were followers at some point in their lives and for this reason, true leadership resides in understanding what is needed to fulfill the needs of the follower, the steps needed to drive mastery, and ultimately to serve those he or she is charged with leading. My supervisor got all hand on deck to assist me with my campaign, because it actually not only became my capstone project it started a movement within my organization to get more individuals educated. LDR-600 talked about different leadership styles and I applied those to my organization with the guidance of other seasoned leaders of different approaches that can be taken when bring up the topic to an older patient vs. a younger patient. When it come to younger adults, its much better to meet them where they are to get the outcome that I am trying to achieve. This project/class has taught me that you have to think for yourself at all times, it’s okay to take advice, and it’s always a pleasure to have a leader as a mentor to get you where you want to be.

Again, post-assessment is relevant because it assists researchers in focusing on learners who will require to examine their study materials before starting a new step or course in the project (Kuehn, 2021). Furthermore, a quality post-assessment can assist in providing some of the vital information and plan of a lesson. Moreover, it is essential since it offers representatives the room to gather information from learners before the projected results are produced (Westland, 2015). Additionally, it is easy to tell if the capstone project is successful when the post-assessment was successfully conducted. For instance, if the project schedule is updated well, then the project management team can ascertain success from the original timeline where roles and timelines are evaluated. Through the plan, it is easy to focus on the main milestones and assess their impact on the entire project (Westland, 2015). Again, quality can help tell if a capstone project is successful. Through the change management procedure, it is easy to review the quality of a project. A quality check of a project helps to ascertain if the project is meeting its objectives and plans. Nevertheless, it assists in ensuring project management and making sure that you are reviewing every task done in the project. Stakeholder satisfaction is the other feature that can help ascertain if the project is successful. For example, when stakeholders are engaged in the different project activities and are satisfied, this shows the project is successful. The performance of the project activities and the cost incurred during the project can tell if the project is successful. Some of the things that I could have done differently were setting specific goals that would help accomplish the organization’s objectives. Again, it would be essential to keep the project accountable to help measure the cost incurred until the end of the process.
